How is it nowadays?

The Brewery entered the register of monuments. This means its architecture is protected under Polish law. But inside we’re making investments all the time, to make sure our quality is always the highest. The Brewery is producing more and more beer with each year and expands the portfolio with new products.

Our beers are open fermented, which means the yeasts can do their work without any pressure. Open fermentation also allows carbon dioxide to purify our beer from any bad alcohol fractions.

(That’s why after long night with our beers you don’t have a hangover!)

Three level beer maturation room has automatic temperature control. We’re keeping stable, low temperature during the whole process of maturation which takes at least 4 weeks in perfect.
